Looking for a spacious and cozy place for a larger family or group – whether for leisure or business? Our house accommodates up to eight guests and offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy quality time together. Thoughtfully designed and warmly furnished – a place to arrive and feel at home.

Each of the four inviting bedrooms features two box-spring beds, which can be arranged as singles or doubles. Every room includes ample space, a large mirror, hairdryer, and more – allowing independence from the shared bathroom.

A comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet, are centrally located on the first floor.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and includes a coffee bar with a high-quality coffee machine and a selection of teas. Basic spices, vinegar, and oil are provided for your first days. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table – perfect for shared meals.

The dining area connects to the cozy living room, slightly sunken, with comfy sofas and a large TV for relaxing evenings. From the living room, step out onto the terrace with a small garden – ideal for enjoying the outdoors.


PARKING

Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Additional free parking is nearby, including the public pool parking lot across the street.

LOCATION

The location is excellent: just minutes on foot to Singen’s city center or into nature. A bus stop is right outside the door, and the A81 motorway is only 7 minutes away. A 24/7 Rewe Express mini-market and gas station is just 100 meters away.

ARCHITECTURE

The house features a unique split-level design and an open attic, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. Though modest from the outside, the interior surprises with clever level shifts and gallery spaces in the upper bedrooms, making the 120 sqm home feel even larger.
